member has his/her own job classification, whether scheduling, financing, conveyancing
or assisting with property research. This allows Les to spend more time with clients
and to focus on the more critical business issues at hand.

Sonja's main focus
is working with Buyers as a 'Buyers Agent'. Sonja also does most of the showings
of the properties that Les has listed. In addition, Sonja also assists with the
daily administrative duties such as processing listings, preparing Market Analysis
of properties, setting up appointments and all property transaction communications.
Whether you are a buyer, a seller, a tenant or a Realtor, Sonja will definitely
play a part in your Real estate Transaction with the Twarog Team.
Wayne Pasco has been a professional Realtor
in the Vancouver Westside and Downtown market for nearly 14 years. He has extensive
market knowledge specializing in Townhouse & Condominium homes.
Wayne’s professional achievements include; MLS Medallion Club (top 10%
of all Vancouver Realtors), Presidents Gold Award and Award of Excellence.
Michael Ancheta joined Les Twarog's team
in the summer of 2000 bringing with him years of office and administrative experience.
With Michael on board, The Team is able to concentrate on what They do best, "Selling
Real Estate".
Michael's main position is to provide the backbone & support systems enabling
Les, Sonja to be more efficient & productive. Whether it's booking appointments,
updating the website or providing daily office support, you will definitely be
in contact with Michael at some point during your real estate experience.
Mike's work hours: Mon.-Fri. 9:45 - 5:45,
He also answers Agents appointment calls on Weekends.
