Bailey Stone Managing Broker
I am a long-time resident of Lillooet, and have even attended elementary school locally. As a teenager I held employment at the Lillooet REC Centre teaching swimming lessons & aqua aerobics. I was also a long-time member of the local Karate club and a regular leader of the class. After high school graduation I obtained my Insurance Salesperson license and sold insurance with Barton Insurance Brokers. I decided to continue my education while working and became a part-time student in the CGA program. My progress in the CGA program lead me into employment with the Interior Savings Credit Union as I took on an additional course- the Mortgage Brokers pre-licensing course. Employment at the Credit Union was far shorter than I had originally intended- I had decided to give Real Estate sales a try. I thoroughly enjoy Real Estate sales, and am excited about my ability to help people find great homes and investments. Since obtaining my Real Estate Salesperson license in January 2005 Lillooet has seen sales jump from only 28 property sales in 2004 to over 100 property sales in 2007. I have furthered my education in Real Estate and have obtained my Broker’s license, giving me the freedom to open a Royal LePage Westwin office location on Lillooet’s Main Street. I currently live on a small acreage in Lillooet with my husband, son and two dogs. I have no desire to live in any other community, having gotten used to Lillooet’s spectacular weather & one-of-a-kind scenery. I take full advantage of beautiful Seton Lake in the summer, and enjoy snowmobiling in the winters. It is easy to appreciate the night sky full of stars, mountain views everywhere you look & only a single traffic light! Award Winning Service
